PRAYER IN WP(MD) No.3374 of 2021:
To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the
records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in
his proceedings in e.f.vz;.43107/rp1/,1/2020 dated 15.02.2021 so far as the
inclusion of the promoted P.G.Assistants in the panel list for
appointment to the post of High School Headmaster are concerned and quash
the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to prepare
the panel list for promotion to the post of High School Headmaste
