ஒருவரின் ஊக்க ஊதிய உயர்வுக்குரிய பணப்பலன் 10.03.2020க்கு முன் துறையால் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டு பின் தடைபட்டிருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு தற்போது நிதித்துறை அனுமதி பெற வேண்டியதில்லை.

ஊக்க ஊதிய உயர்வு நிகழ்வில் தெளிவுரையாக வந்துள்ள அரசாணை எண்: 116

நாள்: 15.10.2020 இல் வரிசை எண்:9 (a)ல் அரசாணை வெளியிடப்படுவதற்கு முன்னர்  உயர்கல்வித் தகுதி பெறப்பட்டு துறையால் பணப்பலன் பெற அனுமதி ஆணை வழங்கப்பட்டிருந்தால் அவர்களுக்கு தற்போது நிதித்துறை அனுமதி பெற வேண்டியதில்லை. அவர்களுக்கு கருவூலப்பட்டியலை தற்போது அனுமதிக்கலாம் என கீழ்கண்டவாறு ஆணை கூறுகிறது.

         9)Whether the bills for sanction of advance increment for acquiring higher qualification may be passed/allowed by the concerned pay and account office/Treasury office, after the date of issue of the Government order 1st read above?

  9(a) The bill passing authority may pass the bills after due verification of the bills as follows:

    Whether the said higher qualification was acquired prior to the date of issue of the government order 1st read above and the proceedings/orders issued for sanction of advance increment is based on previous general orders issued by the department concerned and prior to the date of issue of the government order 1st read above.

           எனவே அரசாணை எண் 116 நாள் 16.10.2020ன் பாரா 9க்கு இணங்க  அரசாணைஎண் 37 நாள் 10.03.2020 வெளியிடப்படுவதற்கு முன்னர் ஒருவருக்கு ஊக்கஊதிய உயர்வு பெற சம்மந்தப்பட்ட துறையால் பணப்பலன் பெற ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டு பின்னர் கருவூலகத்தால் தடைபட்டிருந்தால் தற்போது நிதித்துறை அனுமதி பெறாமலே ஊக்க ஊதிய உயர்வினையும் அதற்க்குரிய பணப்பலனையும் அன்னாருக்கு அனுமதிக்கலாம்.
